Dim Progress Check #8 - “Reintroducing Rory”

Since the last update, I received feedback about my character model for Rory. Due to this feedback, I have decided to remodel many different things, including the head and the torso. This process took about two weeks, unfortunately. Now that I feel more satisfied with the base, I can finally start the sculpting process and hopefully knock it out quickly.

At this point, it is pertinent that we finish the models for our characters immediately. We are already about a quarter through our semester, and with the expectation of a completed film by the end, we very little time to continue spending on character creation. 

While the amount of work we have ahead of us seems daunting, it still feels doable at this point. Other members have begun work on motion capture and experimenting with putting it in Unreal Engine and others are finalizing UVs and staging assets.
